Karine De Champlain was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and practiced civil litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency law in Toronto prior to joining Ackroyd LLP in September 2006. Karine’s clients have included creditors, debtors, Trustees and Receivers in large-scale commercial bankruptcy and insolvency matters, as well as commercial clients involved in shareholder disputes, negligence and breach of contract cases. She has been active in several professional associations, and has co-authored publications dealing with shareholder rights and debtor-in-possession financing.
