Daniel Loconte

Daniel Loconte joined Ackroyd LLP in the summer of 2021 as an articling student. Daniel was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta where he completed his undergrad at the University of Alberta School of Business before attending the University of Saskatchewan for his law degree.

The primary areas of law that Daniel is interested in practicing are corporate/commercial, civil litigation, wills & estates, and criminal.

During law school, Daniel was involved with various organizations. He served as the Vice President of the Sports Law Club and was also a member of both the Corporate Law Club and the Criminal Law Club. Daniel enjoys volunteering and has volunteered coaching with various youth and adult soccer programs in Edmonton.

Outside of the office, Daniel manages his own clothing company, as well as plays competitive level soccer. Some of his other interests include being an avid sports fan (especially Italy soccer, the Seahawks, Real Madrid & the Lakers), travelling, and collecting sneakers.
