Glenn K. Epp

Prior to joining Ackroyd LLP in 2019, Glenn was a lead civil litigation lawyer with Alberta Justice for 17 years.  He was also the class action practice group leader, and was lead counsel on numerous large scale multi-party litigation matters.  In addition to the multi-party litigation, Glenn was the lead counsel on numerous multi-million dollar corporate/commercial litigation matters, claims that included issues of general contract law, as well the more specialized area of procurement and tendering law.

Glenn has extensive experience dealing with more unique legal matters, including judicial reviews of government decisions, Treaty Land Entitlement Claims, or acting as Inquiry Counsel pursuant to the Fatality Inquiries Act.  Glenn has appeared in all levels of court in Alberta, including numerous appearances at the Court of Appeal, as well as leave to appeal applications at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Glenn brings a wealth of experience to Ackroyd and will provide clients with expertise in large and complex litigation matters.

In his spare time, Glenn enjoys coaching minor hockey, and is an avid fly fisherman.
